LMFT, MA

I'm glad you're here.

I strongly believe that relationships are a vital part of our God-given design towards our well-being. They can be deeply rewarding and at times challenging. My work is grounded in the belief that healthy relationships are possible — with ourselves and with others — when we are given the right support, understanding, and space to grow.

As we work together, I offer a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether you are navigating individual concerns, couple dynamics, or family relationships, therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Through a biopsychosocial–spiritual framework, we will look at the whole person — mind, body, relationships, culture, faith, and meaning. The therapy process supports increased self-awareness, emotional healing, and developing healthier, safe patterns of connection within relationships.

"You don't have to do this work alone. I see therapy as a partnership, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, healing, and more fulfilling relationships."

The Approach

Systemic therapy & evidence-based care

Our therapy practice is grounded in a systemic approach that looks beyond just one person and considers the bigger picture — including family relationships, life experiences, culture, and the environments that shape your day-to-day life.

This lens embraces how we are interconnected in life, with a focus on patterns rather than blame. We ask "What patterns keep the problem going?" rather than "Who is to blame?" — exploring how patterns of communication, roles, and interactions may be influencing what you're going through.

Our approach also integrates various evidence-based theoretical interventions to best meet each unique client's needs. Particular areas of special interest include relational health, grief and loss, trauma, spirituality, and community mental health. Every treatment plan is uniquely informed by the client's needs and desired change.
